Shipping costs Germany
Shipping costs (small items)
- Parcel shipping within Germany 6,95 €
- From 75 € (net) value of goods, parcel shipping is free of charge (except for forwarding agents)
- Delivery is only made to Germany. Delivery abroad requires a separate agreement.
Shipping costs for treatment tables and furniture (freight forwarding)
- Treatment tables 180.00 €
- Vaporizers, furniture, trolleys 150,00 €
Payment methods Germany
We offer our customers from Germany the following payment methods for secure and convenient purchases. Please note that we do not accept SEPA direct debit for first orders. From the second order you can also pay by SEPA direct debit.
1. prepayment
You can pay for your order in advance. If you choose this payment method, please transfer the total amount of your order to the bank account specified below within 7 calendar days. The goods will be reserved for you in our logistics department for this period. If payment is received on time, we will confirm the successful booking and prepare your order for dispatch.

To ensure that your payments can always be correctly allocated to the correct orders, it is best to make separate transfers for each order and make sure that the purpose of payment is stated in full.
2 SEPA direct debit
So that we can debit the invoice from your account, we must have a valid SEPA direct debit mandate in the original.
If you select the SEPA payment method, a SEPA direct debit mandate will be sent to you by email when you place your order, which you must complete, sign and return to us free of charge in a return envelope.
3. pay pal
Pay simply and securely via Pay Pal.
4. credit card (via Stripe)
Pay securely and encrypted with your credit card
5. bancontact (via Stripe)
Especially for our customers from Belgium we offer the payment method Bancontact.
International shipping and payment methods
International shipping costs
All prices are ex works in Moers, Germany. Shipping costs for all countries except Germany are calculated individually and vary greatly depending on the country and the goods ordered. The shipping costs can therefore not be calculated by us when the order is completed online. The additional costs for shipping will be communicated to you upon order confirmation and will be charged separately.
