Right of withdrawal

B2B BUSINESSES, i.e. transactions between companies or traders, are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act. There is no legal entitlement to the return of properly delivered goods. In the case of justified defects or incorrect delivery, the goods can be returned after consultation. We cannot accept freight collect returns as they involve disproportionately high costs: Please contact us before returning the goods and we will arrange a return shipment for you.
